As many of you know, I have a beloved, dedicated practice in spiritual inquiry. Inquiry itself is ancient and was practiced thousands of years ago by philosophers such as Aristotle and Socrates. It was Plato who was credited with the quote:”An unexamined life is not worth living“. Inquiry lives on today in various forms including The Work of Byron Katie and also; Inquiry Based Coaching (IBC). I am a practitioner of both methods and find them possessing a rich array of questions that support mental clarity and self-authorship. For the purposes of this Spring’s offerings, Inquiry Based Coaching will be the focus of 2 public events. If you’re tired of suffering, reflexively believing the stories your mind makes up about you, your partner, your world, then I invite you to open yourself to trying another way. Come learn how to question your thinking and see what’s truer for you then what the old, patterned conditioning would have you believe. Contact me HERE with questions or to register.
